Your data
Privacy policy
What happens to what you write to us, in a few paragraphs. No advertising cookies, no reselling, no mailing list.
Who processes your data
The operator of Chassis-Watermael-Boitsfort.be, who can be reached at [email protected] with any question about your data.
What we receive
When you use the form: your name, your email address or phone number, the type of project, your street if you give it, and your message. When you call or write on WhatsApp: your number and what you send us, through the phone operator or the app concerned.
Why
Only to answer your request, arrange the measuring visit and draw up a quote. You are the one contacting us: the processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Who has access to it
We do, in order to reply to you. Technically, your message also passes through the website’s host, established in the European Union, through Cloudflare, which serves the website and sees the traffic pass through, and through our email provider, which receives the notification of your request. We do not sell or pass on your data to anyone.
How long
As long as it takes to deal with your request and follow up on any quote. If a contract follows, the accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and audience measurement
The website does not set advertising cookies. We measure visits with our own tool, without cookies: the pages viewed and clicks on the call and WhatsApp buttons. The technical logs contain the IP address, which is used to filter out robots and our own visits; the statistics themselves only keep a pseudonymised identifier.
To stop being counted on a device, open this link: a technical cookie remembers your choice. To load faster, the website may also keep a copy of its own pages in your browser, without any personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, object to its processing or restrict its use, by writing to the address above. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
